1.0  Overview

RRE Consulting is committed to delivering high-quality, timely consulting services. Due to the personalized nature of our work, advance planning, and limited scheduling availability, we have implemented the following cancellation policy to protect the time and resources of both our team and clients.

2.0  Cancellation by the Client

Clients may cancel scheduled services or consultations by providing written notice via email to Service@rrejvgroup.com.

Notice Requirements:

·       Basic Strategic Advisory or Virtual Consultations:
Must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

·       Advanced Expert Team Consultations or Custom Engagements:
Require a minimum of 72 hours (3 business days) advance notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

·       Strategic Insights Digest (Subscription-Based):
Monthly subscription services may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once access or delivery has begun.

3.0  Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the following:

·       Late Cancellations:
May be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service fee at RRE JV Group Consulting’s discretion.

·       No-Shows (No Notice):
Will be considered a forfeited session and are non-refundable.

4.0  Cancellation by RRE JV Group Consulting

In rare circumstances, RRE JV Group Consulting may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen events, staff illness, or emergencies. In such cases:

·       Clients will be notified as soon as possible

·       Appointments will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time

·       No cancellation fees will apply

5.0  Refunds & Processing Fees

Approved refunds due to cancellation (when applicable) will be issued minus any non-refundable credit card or payment processing fees, typically 4% to 6% per transaction.

6.0  How to Cancel

To cancel a scheduled service, please email us at:

Email: Service@rrejvgroup.com
Subject Line: “Cancellation Request – [Your Name / Company Name]”
Include: Service name, scheduled date/time, and reason for cancellation (optional)

7.0  Policy Agreement

By booking or purchasing any service from RRE JV Group Consulting, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
