1.0 Service Delivery Methods

RRE JV Group Consulting provides all services through digital and virtual formats by default. This includes:

  • Scheduled video or phone consultations

  • Email correspondence and digital document delivery (e.g., PDF, Word, Excel)

  • Access to curated digital reports, briefings, and strategic digests

In limited cases, and only upon prior written request or client directive, RRE JV Group Consulting may provide select deliverables via paper mail. Paper delivery is subject to additional handling time and may include a shipping or processing fee depending on the destination and volume of materials.

2.0 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines vary by service type:

  • Basic Strategic Advisory: Consultations typically scheduled within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Strategic Insights Digest: Delivered monthly via email by the 5th business day of each month, unless otherwise specified.

  • Advanced Expert Team Consultation: Custom-scheduled based on the engagement terms agreed upon by both parties.

For paper mail (if applicable), please allow 7–10 business days for printing and shipping via USPS or an approved carrier.

3.0 Confirmation & Communication

After payment, clients will receive:

  • A payment confirmation email

  • A service intake form and/or scheduling link within 1 business day

  • Ongoing updates and communications via the email provided at checkout or onboarding

All digital services will be delivered to the email address or digital workspace provided by the client.  It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all contact and delivery details are current and accurate.

4.0 Missed or Rescheduled Appointments

If a client cannot attend a scheduled consultation, they must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the session, at the discretion of RRE JV Group Consulting.

5.0 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Promptly completing any intake forms or onboarding steps

  • Responding to scheduling and delivery communications

  • Attending scheduled sessions on time

  • Providing valid delivery details (for both email and any requested mail delivery)

Delays resulting from incomplete client information or lack of response are not grounds for refund or expedited service.

6.0 Completion of Service

A service is deemed delivered and fulfilled once the agreed-upon consultation, document, or deliverable has been provided via the designated method (email, video call, or mail, as applicable). Post-delivery support may be provided at the discretion of RRE JV Group Consulting but does not constitute ongoing service unless part of a formal engagement.
